Nuumite is a rare metamorphic rock, made up of minerals, gedrite and anthophyllite, and formed 3 billion years ago.
Nuumite is referred to as the Sorcerer’s Stone, because stimulates deep intuition, especially into ones own psyche.
Nuumite assists us to face and come to terms with our dark side, and strike a balance with it. The sense of harmony Nuumite engenders, between our own light and dark aspects, helps us to overcome any sense of shame over our mistakes and shortcomings, and frees us to look forward and improve, rather than wallow in regret or resignation.
Working with Nuumite, we are given the space to be aware of the things that trigger the worst in us, allowing us to make better choices.
Nuumite helps us to be centred and strong in the face of temptation. It also serves to ground and energise us.
